You want your managers and supervisors to ensure that all employees are culturally aware regarding their guests and employees. Prepare a communication to the managers and supervisors who report to you, outlining your expectations of a workforce that is culturally aware of both guests and employees backgrounds. Include the following topics:

An introduction that explains the need for cultural awareness. Use at least two references as supporting information.
