Indian project your team will prepare the maintenance training. The
actual proposal was to complete the course development over a 12 month
period. The team has determined that the initial maintenance crews will
be trained A&P technicians However, they will need to trained on the
aircraft you proposed. As such, your training department will need to
develop a complete training program. The program will begin in 6 months
and have 18 individual courses. The initial labor hours submitted was
based on historical labor data and estimated to take 40 labor hours per
course. This is a total estimate of 720 man-hours. The program
management has decided to allocate 75% of the budget. The 25% held back
is to be used for allocating to areas that are having issues meeting
cost or schedule and will not be available for use by your department.
So you are left with a labor hour budget of 540 hours.

Based on this information build a series of work packages to track
budget and schedule for completing all 18 courses.
